- History and importance of Cardio Tennis
- Key ingredients of a healthy curriculum
- How to calculate and measure heart rate
- How to use heart rate monitors
- Learn warm-up, cardio and cool down drills as well as sideline activities
- Learn recommended feeding approaches
Lunch provided and each pro receives a free Cardio Tennis music CD. Come dressed and ready to participate on court. |
| Day 2 9:00-2:30 and is designed for participants who have been running Cardio Tennis for over a year and offer 3 or more classes per week. Those attending Day 1 are also welcome to attend. SIGN UP for ONLY Day 2

- Unique solutions to Cardio challenges with open discussion
- Advanced heart rate training
- Fast feeding
- Cardio Tennis for kids, seniors, large groups and beginners
