- How to calculate and measure heart rate
- How to use heart rate monitors
- Learn warm-up, cardio and cool down drills as well as sideline activities
- Learn recommended feeding approaches

| Day 2 9:00-2:30 and is designed for participants who have been running Cardio Tennis for over a year and offer 3 or more classes per week. Those attending Day 1 are also welcome to attend. SIGN UP for ONLY Day 2  | Topics to be covered Day 2 include: - Summary of what's new and future plans
