Sport Fit Bowie Bowie, MD The Cardio Tennis Workshop is two days of advanced education on Cardio Tennis and includes both classroom and on court training.
Day 1 9:00-4:00  and is designed for new Cardio Tennis program participants as well as those who have not been to a workshop in over 2 years. SIGN UP for ONLY Day 1	Topics to be covered Day 1 include: What is Cardio Tennis History and importance of Cardio Tennis Key ingredients of a healthy curriculum How to calculate and measure heart rate How to use heart rate monitors Learn warm-up, cardio and cool down drills as well as sideline activities Learn recommended feeding approaches Lunch provided and each pro receives a free Cardio Tennis music CD. Come dressed and ready to participate on court.
Day 2 9:00-2:30 and is designed for participants who have been running Cardio Tennis for over a year and offer 3 or more classes per week. Those attending Day 1 are also welcome to attend. SIGN UP for ONLY Day 2	Topics to be covered Day 2 include: Summary of what's new and future plans Unique solutions to Cardio challenges with open discussion Advanced heart rate training Fast feeding  Cardio Tennis for kids, seniors, large groups and beginners Lunch provided and each pro receives a free Cardio Tennis Drills DVD.  Be ready to participate on court and bring your heart rate monitor if you have one.
