Day 1 9:00-4:00  and is designed for new Cardio Tennis program participants as well as those who have not been to a workshop in over 2 years.	Topics to be covered Day 1 include: What is Cardio Tennis History and importance of Cardio Tennis Key ingredients of a healthy curriculum How to calculate and measure heart rate How to use heart rate monitors Learn warm-up, cardio and cool down drills as well as sideline activities Learn recommended feeding approaches Lunch provided and each pro receives a free Cardio Tennis music CD. Come dressed and ready to participate on court.
